From 15 to 20 September we are exhibiting at IAA Transportation 2026 in Hannover — Hall 22, Stand F54. IAA Transportation is Europe’s largest gathering for the commercial vehicle and logistics industry: manufacturers, fleet operators and technology companies from across the continent. This year Tacho561 is part of it.
What we brought to Hannover
There are no slides at the stand. We show the app live — on a phone, on a tablet and in the dispatcher portal, the way it runs day to day:
- Real-time AETR and driving-time counter — driver and dispatcher both see exactly how long is left before the next required rest.
- Automated digital logbook — instead of paperwork, the journey documents itself.
- Bluetooth tachograph sync — tachograph data goes straight to the phone.
- Smart alerts — a warning in time, before an infringement turns into a fine.
- Dispatcher / admin portal — the whole fleet on one screen, without waiting for drivers to report in.

Four days at the stand
The stand has been busy from opening to close. Fleet managers, dispatchers and drivers — from owner-operators with a couple of vans to operators of large fleets, from Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania and further afield.
The conversations kept coming back to the same things: how to know in advance that a driver is about to run over their driving time, rather than finding out from the fine; when driver-card and vehicle-unit data actually has to be downloaded; and how much paperwork a digital logbook really saves. The best answer to all three was the demo itself — the counter, the alert and the logbook doing their job.

The compliance quiz
A lot of visitors took on the Fleet Compliance Challenge we run at the stand: ten questions on driving times, tachographs and what enforcement actually costs, every answer backed by an official source. The lesson was the same for most: everyone knows the broad rules — it’s the details where the fines live. The quiz is online too, from anywhere.

What’s next
Tacho561 is running its final test kilometres. Everyone who signed up at the stand is among the first to get access; if you weren’t in Hannover, the Early Access programme holds a place just the same. The Android app is already on Google Play, and the iOS version is on its way.
If you are at the fair, come and find us in Hall 22, Stand F54. And thank you to everyone who has stopped by so far!
